Returns
Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If for any reason you need to return an item, we have implemented a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. This return policy excludes custom and digital products as they are non-returnable. See Exceptions / non-returnable items section below.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@ladyabigail.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note, customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Returns will need to be sent to the following address: Lady Abigail by AbbyGirl Wisdom, 250 Parkway Drive, Suite 150 PMB1021, Lincolnshire, IL 60069.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have up to 25 days after the shipped date to submit a claim.
To start a claim, take a picture(s) of the item clearly showing the issue. Please email the picture(s) along with your Order Number and a brief description of the issue to support@ladyabigail.com. You can expect a response from our Customer Service Team within 1-3 business days. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. We will do our best to process any claims as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and digital purchases cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at (224) 286-4468 or email us at support@ladyabigail.com.
